2) Include as many details as possible, where relevant the make and model, and how the issue occurred

3) If the matter is urgent, please text/call your property manager in addition to the above.

4) Once your request has been received, we work to action general maintenance requests between 1-2 business days
and urgent maintenance within 4x hours (7 days)
