Routine property inspections
Our routine property inspections happen every 3x months during your tenancy and are a requirement of our clients insurance policy.
- We'll ensure we give you at least 2-7 days notice for this inspection, which will take place between 9.30am - 4.30pm weekdays.
- Please ensure pets are restrained, and your property is reasonably clean and tidy for us.
- We don't require you to be home for our inspection, but you're welcome to meet us to talk about anything related to your tenancy.
